Every score in the index comes from a member rating the village they live in. These are the conditions a ballot has to meet.

Why the rules are this tight
A rating is a claim about a place. One from someone who has never been there is noise the index cannot tell apart from evidence, so a member may only rate their own village. Their rating can be changed at any time, and every earlier answer stays on record.
These checks are a courtesy, not the gate. The system re-checks membership, status and geography on every ballot regardless of what this page shows.
