Membership
- When do I become a member?
- As soon as you finish registering. Nobody has to approve it: your membership number and digital card are ready straight away, and a welcome notice is sent to you.
- Which documents do I need?
- Identity proof is optional, and you can submit registration without it. If you choose to add proof, use the optional upload step and provide only the supporting details the form asks for.
What KSVT does
- Can KSVT issue government documents?
- No. KSVT is independent and never issues government documents — we help you prepare for and reach the right government office.
Privacy and safety
- Is what I raise kept confidential?
- You choose Public or Private when reporting. Public requests appear only after moderation and explicit listing; Private reports stay out of public feeds. Use the confidential complaint route when local handling could create a safety risk.
