Submit a factual, evidence-backed complaint. False or malicious reports may lead to review under the code of conduct. KSVT is not a court or police authority.

A complaint only affects an official’s published performance index if a reviewer substantiates it. Complaints that are not substantiated are counted and shown, but they change no score.
